Our April tour was only 10 days long, but it was packed full! We did six concerts, attended a conference, and spent time with many wonderful people.
Here's Lana, teaching the little Bontragers and Wilsons hand motions for the Scripture passage they recited at our joint concert.
The concert with the Wilson family was so much fun! Not only was it a joy to hear their sweet family sing (and make jokes at each other:), but the auditorium was packed with many friends as well as some new faces.
Here's the Wilson family doing some mighty fine pickin'!
the little ones sharing Psalm 19
the guys singing Sowin' Love
It was so fun to have out dear aunt and cousin join us for the evening! After the concert we enjoyed ice-cream sundaes in the bus.

During our week at the conference, we were privileged to spend time with so many wonderful people!

{random note: Chels wrote her perspective on what she learned from several of the messages at the conference. Go here to read her article!}
The night the conference ended, we enjoyed some late night (and early morning:) fellowship with friends. We had about 20 people in the front of the bus for several hours, having a wonderful time together. We maxed out with 26 people around 12:00pm. =)
There was lots of laughing and story telling, as evidenced by the above photo.:)
Our uncle, aunt, cousins, and some friends came out to our bus after one of our concerts. We always enjoy the opportunity to catch up with relatives along the road! A dear friend and our aunt made some delicious snacks for us all to enjoy.
About five years ago in Texas, we met a dear older couple, and every year since, they take us out for breakfast when we are in Texas!
Mr. and Mrs. Crutchfield have a beautiful testimony and are always an encouragement to us as we enjoy breakfast together.
Mr. Crutchfield likes for us to play for the people at the restaurant, so we got out some instruments and did a few songs.
This sweet couple has been married for nearly 70 years, and their love for each other is an inspiration to all of us.
We had a little fender bender, so we pulled off at a country market to fix it.
This place has delicious strawberries, too!
Here are photos of a concert evening, start to finish (minus getting ready in the bus, click here to see photos of that):
